AWRE Event with
Clean & Green Organics

EVENT DESIGN / MARKETING

Helping Clean & Green Organics make a wow appearance at the Australian Waste & Recycling Expo in Sydney's International Convention Centre.

We used the Whatever Approach to create an authentic, visually engaging and experiential exhibition stall for Clean & Green Organics team, tailored to their business style and personality!

Event Design Concept

Combining Clean & Green Organics’ passion for environmental sustainability and their fun personality,  we designed an experiential, visually-engaging and interactive stand to showcase their unique products & services, and brilliant recycling ideas! 

Get Dirty With Us!

Get Dirty with Us! was their unique concept theme for this expo. Having visitors get their hands dirty in Clean & Green Organics' 100% recycled organic soil products elevated the user experience.

Visitors could touch, feel and smell the quality of their soil and know it's the real deal, adding authenticity and credibility to their brand!

This was an absolute hit amongst visitors, and the number of soil orders and business contacts they received from this was huge!

What about worms?

 

Yes! Clean & Green Organics brought real compost worms from their vermicasting site to the expo.

 

I mean how often do you get to see real life worms?

Visitors could get close and personal with the worms while learning all about them. That's what we call experiential education and it was a fan favourite.

An expo shouldn't be all boring and corporate - there's no fun in that!

To make a difference and leave a long-lasting impression, you have to think differently to the rest.

Using a combination of print and digital 

marketing strategies, the Clean & Green Organics team were able to effectively promote their offerings and draw in lots of visitors at the expo.

 

With their unique stall design - incorporating artificial green grass as flooring with real bins and staging props to display recycling processes and company personality as well as experiential live worms and real soil to touch and see - the eye-catch was there.

 

Combined with printed brochures, posters, banners and business cards, and digital collaterals, including looped company video, website creation for the event and tailored social media engagement and promotion; 

their appearance at the event was a successful turnout!
